1. RESERVATION
The reservation of the air ticket is always confirmed.

2. PRICE
The price that we give you is always the cheapest one.
It is very important to notice that at the prices are also included prices that you can find them only at the web.

At the final price included:
- Fare of the airline

  • Airport taxes
  • In case of paper ticket, the charge of delivering it.

3. RULES OF AIR TICKETS
At every reservation all the rules that are related to the ticket are described.
Always the rules for changing a ticket are described in order the client to know if he could change his ticket and with what charge.
It is also described if after buying the ticket you can cancel it and with what charge.

4. CONFIRMATION OF THE RESERVATION
The confirmation of the reservation is always send at your email after accomplishing it.
For every reservation you are informed for the deadline for that ticket, otherwise your reservation will be cancelled.
The final reservation of the ticket is made only after its payment and its issue.

5. PAYMENT OF THE TICKET
You can pay the ticket automatically by using your credit card.
AMERICAN EXPRESS and DINNERS are not acceptable.
If you do not want to use your credit card you can alternate use these ways of payment:
By your credit card by contacting us through phone.

Do not forget to write down your name and the amount of the money.

6. ISSUING THE TICKET
Salina Travel issues the ticket 1 day after the day of the reservation (exception: the day of issuance is the same day of reservation) and only if you have paid the whole amount of money of the ticket.
After issuing the ticket, we send it at your email in case of electronic ticket.
After issuing the ticket, we deliver your address in case of paper ticket.

7. How paper tickets are delivered?
We send you the paper tickets at the address you have written down during your reservation. The charge is:

  • For Attica without charge. It takes about 2 days in order your ticket to be delivered.
  • For rest of Greece with 5 euro charge. It takes about 4 days in order your ticket to be delivered.
  • For abroad with 30 euro charge. It takes about 7 days in order your ticket to be delivered.

8. CANCEL / CHANGE A TICKET BEFORE ITS ISSUE
This can be only the same day of the reservation during our travel agency is open (daily 09.30 – 17.30, Saturday until 13.00).

9. CHANGING A TICKET BEFORE DEPARTURE
This can only be by contacting our travel agency.
Changing a ticket means:
Making a new reservation only if there are available seats.
Cancelling the ticket we have issued and charging you the cancellation fees (these fees have been described at the rules of the ticket).
Service fee for that cancellation are 5 euros.
In case of paper ticket you must bring to our travel agency the ticket otherwise we cannot cancel it.

10 . CANCELING A TICKET BEFORE DEPARTURE
This can be only by contacting our travel agency.
If you cancel the ticket the same day of issuing it we make it void 100%.
At every different occasion there are cancellation fees depending on the rules of the ticket.
For cancellation there are service fee 5 euro.
At every case of cancellation, there are extra expenses for delivery the ticket in case of a paper one.

11. CANCELING A TICKET AFTER THE DEPARTURE
You must contact our travel agency.
At most of the cases you are not qualified for taking back your money.

12.TAKING BACK THE MONEY YOU ARE QUALIFIED FOR
You can take the money back:
From our travel agency (daily 10.00 – 16.30).
By deposing the money at the bank account the client will define.

13. INSURING MY RIGHT FOR CHANGING / CANCELLATION
The client has the right to change – cancel the reservation without any charge by using the field: Insurance your trip.

14. PRINTING THE RECEIPTS FOR BUYING THE TICKET
At every case our travel agency prints the necessary receipts.
If the client needs an invoice must inform our travel agency for the details of his company.

15 . DO NOT FORGET
You must write the names at the reservation at the exact way as they are written at the passport.
You must have a valid passport.
You must have a visa if this is necessary.
You must do all the vaccines if this is necessary.
You must be informed for the new rules of the handbaggages.
