1. RESERVATION
The reservation of the hotel is always confirmed.
2. PRICING
The price is always the cheapest one that is available the moment of the reservation.
What is included at the specific price is referred at the FEATURES of the hotel (e.g. breakfast, taxes etc).
Whatever is not included at the FEATURES means extra cost (e.g. Taxes + 10%, extra charge of breakfast).
3. TERMS OF RESERVATION
At every reservation all the features related to the price are described.
The client must be really careful for the cancellation conditions of the reservation.
4. CONFIRM OF RESERVATION
In order to accomplish the reservation you must give the details of your credit card.
The card means guarantee, not payment.
The hotel can charge your credit card if you cancel your reservation or if you do not use it due to the cancellation conditions.
The reservation system automatically confirms the reservation and you receive that confirmation (voucher) at your e-mail.
You must print the voucher and give it at the reception of the hotel.
5. PAYMENT
The payment of the reservation will be directly at the hotel with your arrival there. It can be by cash or by credit card.
if you want invoice you must ask it from the hotel.
If you do not want to use your credit card for guarantee you can make the reservation directly at our travel agency.
The service fees are 10 euro.

Do not forget to write down your name and the amount of the money.
6. CHANGING THE RESERVATION BEFORE YOUR TRIP
You can change the reservation only by contacting our travel agency by e-mail (special form) or by phone.
We will cancel the reservation.
If there are cancellation fees , they will be paid directly by your credit card that was given as a guarantee.
We will send you the confirmation of your cancel.
If you want to make a new reservation, you can make it by contacting our travel agency or by our web site.
7. CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION
Before your arrival

After your arrival
At that case (non show) all the hotel have cancellation fees.
The hotel charge your credit card with the amount of that cancellation fees.
8. INSURANCE
You can use the field “insurance of your trip” for making changes or cancellations of your reservation.
9. ISSUING INVOICES
If you want invoice you must ask it from the hotel.
If you want invoice from our travel agency the reservation must be made by our travel agency.
