1. How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?
You receive an email from us that the reservation is confirmed.
If you do not receive the email , please contact us

2. What is included at the final price?
At the final price are included whatever are referred at the features of the hotel.
Whatever is not referred means extra cost.

3. How do I know the rules of my ticket?
At every hotel all the rules for the reservation are described.
Clients must be really careful for everything that are related to cancellation policy.
Always it is described if the client is qualified for total or partial return of his money in case of Non Show.

4. Which is the way of payment?
The payment of your stay will be directly at the hotel.
It can be by your credit card or by cash.
The credit card that you used at your reservation is a guarantee, not a way of payment.
The hotel can use that card in order to charge you cancellation fee of fee in case of Non Show.

5. Can I pay without using my credit card?
If you do not want o use your credit card you must make a reservation at our travel agency.
For this case the charge is 10 euros for service fee.
Ways of payment :

  • Cash at our travel agency
  • Your credit card after contacting our travel agency
  • Deposing money at:

6. What kind of receipt do I have in order to know that my reservation is confirmed?
After ending your reservation you will receive a confirmation of your reservation.
You must print that confirmation and show it at the reception of your hotel.

7. How can I change / cancel a reservation before my trip?
You must contact our travel agency. (daily 09.30 – 17. 00 / weekends 10.00 -13.30)
If there are cancellation fees, as were written at the rules of the reservation, your credit card will be charged with that amount (as your credit card was given as a guarantee).
We will send you an email to confirm that your reservation was cancelled.

8. How can I cancel a reservation After the day of my arrival at the hotel?
At that case (non show) all the hotel charge fees.
So the hotel will charge your credit card that was used as a guarantee.

9.Can I insurance my right to change – cancel my reservation without any charge?
The client has the right to change – cancel the reservation without any charge by using the field: Insurance your trip.

10. Do my personal data inserted?
For your own safety the personal data are just transferred at the account in order to issue the necessary receipts or invoices.
The data of your credit card never kept.

11. Does your travel agency issue the necessary receipts?
At every case our travel agency issues the necessary receipts.
If you want an invoice you can ask it from the hotel.
If you want an invoice from our travel agency you must do the reservation at our agency and not through web.

1. Do I have to make a log – in?
It is not necessary to make a log-in.

2. Can I make a reservation for a trip the day after tomorrow?

o. You can make a reservation only for a trip that can be after 4 days.


3. Can I make a reservation for hotels worldwide?
Yes.

4. If I do not know how a city is written, what can I do?
Choose the button City and all the cities will be appeared.
Be careful with the cities that have the same name
eg Athens, Greece / Athens, Georgia (usa)

5. How can I book a double room with separate beds?
You must ask for a TWIN room

6. Can I book a triple room or a room with an extra bed for a child?
No. Through our web you can make reservations for single and double rooms.
If you want a different type of room you can contact our travel agency.

7. How can I book a room at my preferable hotel?
Choose More Search Options
At the field “HOTEL NAME” write down the name of the hotel you wish to stay.

8. Can I book a room at a central hotel?
Choose More Search Options
At the field AREA LOCATION choose the location you prefer.
e.g. Downtown, Airport Area, Seaside.
Do not forget to check out the location of the hotel at a map.

9. Can I book a First class hotel?
Choose More Search Options
At the field Category choose the category of the hotel.
LUXURY, STANDARD and SUPERIOR are 1st class hotels.
STANDARD, TOURIST are the cheap ones.

10. Can I define the price I would like to pay for my room?
Choose MORE SEARCH OPTIONS.
At the field Maximum-minimum write down the amount of money you want to give This amount of money is referred to per room per night.

11. What are my other Facility Codes?
Choose MORE SEARCH OPTIONS.
At the field FACILITY CODE you can ask for Massage, Parking, Pool etc.
When you arrive at the hotel inform the reception for these facilities you have asked.

12. Is breakfast or meal included at the price of the room?
Whatever is included at the price is referred at the FEATURES of the hotel

13. What are the types of the rooms?
Single: Room with one bed
Double: Room for 2 persons ,with 1 bed
Twin: Room for 2 persons, with 2 single beds
With Shower
With Bath
With shared bath/shower: Bath/Shower that is shared with other persons.

14. In case my check in is early enough or late what should I do?
You must contact the hotel.

15. I would like to book a car also for my trip. What should I do?
At every reservation you make your data will kept at the BASKET.
If you wish to book a car you can add items at the basket.
Otherwise you can use the field FLIGHT+ HOTELS in order to make a package for your trip.
