BASIC QUESTIONS
1. How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?
You receive an email from us that the reservation is confirmed.
If you do not receive the email, please contact us.
2. What is included at the final price?
At the final price are included:
- The fare of the air company
- Taxes of airport and other charges (fuels etc )
- Travel agency’s service fee
- Cost of delivering the paper ticket if this is necessary.
3. How do I know the rules of my ticket?
At every reservation all the rules are described.
You must pay much attention at the rules described:
If changes are permitted and with what cost.
If cancellation is permitted and with what cost.
4. How can I pay my ticket?
You must always give the details of your credit card.
AMERICAN VISA AND DINNERS are not acceptable.
If you use these cards you must contact our travel agency.
5. Can I pay without using my credit card?
Ways of payment:
- Cash at our travel agency
- Your credit card after contacting our travel agency
- Deposing money at:

Please note that after deposing you must send us a fax with your surname and the amount of money you deposited.
6. How do I receive my e-ticket when I have already paid it?
The day after you have accomplished your reservation and after its payment, we issue the electronic ticket and we send it at your email.
7. What an e-ticket is?
E-ticket is the new form of ticket.
You must always have your passport or your identity card in order to show it at the check in.
8. How paper tickets are delivered?
We send you the paper tickets at the address you have written down during your reservation. The charge is:
- For Attica without charge. It takes about 2 days in order your ticket to be delivered.
- For rest of Greece with 5 euro charge. It takes about 4 days in order your ticket to be delivered.
- For abroad with 30 euro charge. It takes about 7 days in order your ticket to be delivered.
9. How can I change / cancel a reservation before issuing the ticket?
You must contact our travel agency (daily 09.30 – 17. 00 / weekends 10.00 -13.30).
10. How can I change a ticket that has already been issued?
Changes before departure.
Changing the ticket means:
New reservation with the available seats.
Changing the ticket and being charged with the amount of money that was described at its rules.
For changing a ticket there are service fee 5 euro for our travel agency.
For paper tickets, you must give us back the ticket in order to give you back the money you are qualified for that cancellation.
11. How can I cancel a ticket that has already been issued?
You can cancel a ticket you have issued only by contacting our travel agency.
If you cancel the ticket the same day you issued it then you take back 100% of your money.
In other case, the amount of money you take back depends on the rules of the ticket.
For cancellation: service fee 5 euro.
At any case of cancellation, the courier charge (if they exist) are not included.
12. How can I cancel a ticket for a trip that has already made?
Only by contacting our travel agency.
Mostly no money are given back to the client (non show).
13. How can I take back the money I am entitled for?
From our travel agency ( daily 10.00 – 16.30).
By deposing the money at the bank account the client will define.
14. Can I insurance my right to change – cancel my reservation without any charge?
The client has the right to change – cancel the reservation without any charge by using the field: Insurance your trip.
15. Do my personal data inserted?
For your own safety the personal data are just transferred at the account in order to issue the necessary receipts or invoices.
The data of your credit card never kept.
