At the final price included whatever is referred at the condition of selling.
3. How do I know the rules of my reservation?
At every reservation all the rules are described.
The clients must be really careful for the rules that are related to cancellation of his reservation.
It is always referred if the client is qualified for whole or partial return of his money or is not qualified for return of money at all.
4. Which is the way of payment?
The payment of the car will be directly at the rental company.

6. What kind of receipt I have in order to know that my reservation is confirmed?
After ending your reservation you will receive a confirmation of your reservation.
You must print that confirmation and show it at the rental company.
7. How can I change / cancel a reservation before my trip?

If there are cancellation fees, as were written at the rules of the reservation, your credit card will be charged with that amount (as your credit card was given as a guarantee).
We will send you an email to confirm that your reservation was cancelled.
8. How can I cancel a reservation after the day of car reservation?
At that case (non show) all the rental companies charge fees.
So the hotel will charge your credit card that was used as a guarantee.
9. Can I insurance my right to change / cancel my reservation without any charge?
The client has the right to change – cancel the reservation without any charge by using the field: Insurance your trip.
10. Do my personal data inserted?
For your own safety the personal data are just transferred at the account in order to issue the necessary receipts or invoices.
The data of your credit card never kept.
11. Does your travel agency issue the necessary receipts?
At every case our travel agency issues the necessary receipts.
If you want an invoice you can ask it from the rental company.
If you want an invoice from our travel agency you must do the reservation at our agency and not through web.

At every reservation you make your data will kept at the BASKET.
If you wish to book a hotel you can add items at the basket.
